My Journey
"I can't remember the last time I saw and really felt beauty in the world around me."
-Hall's journal, during law school
I'll never forget the hollowness of feeling a stranger in my own life: I had no idea who I was, but I knew the life I was living was missing me.
That was the moment when the risk of staying in the bud finally became more painful than the risk of growing open into a new relationship with myself and the world around me. I set off on my long, winding journey back home to my full self.
As difficult and long as the journey is, it is a self-affirming quest that nourishes and resources me, enabling me to persevere.
To honor the gift of the teachings and guides who supported me, I now have the honor of supporting others in reclaiming their wholeness.
Are you ready?
I Trust You
As a Human Dynamics Navigator, the foundation of my support is trust in the innate healing intelligence of my clients. Few things strain and exhaust our potential more than the struggles we wage with ourselves. I help clients soften the struggle and root more deeply in self-trust.
To heal and grow home is to learn how to struggle less with who you are.
I don't push or pull you. Only you can volunteer to reclaim your whole self. I support your unfolding, creating a container of relational safety in which you and I can together bring curiosity to what within you knows it is ready to be met, healed, explored.
My support is not an off-ramp from reality, or a method for more effectively hiding from pain or stuckness. The only way out is through. Working with me requires a commitment of curious and humble openness to the full spectrum (pleasant and unpleasant) of your own present experience and its wisdom.
I am not a guru or a shaman I don’t have a magic wand. I’m not selling happiness as a product or lifestyle. Be skeptical of anyone who claims to be able to sell you a lifetime of light and joy with no shadows or discomfort. It's hard and rewarding work to live a full life: that's the price of admission. Are you ready to join the dance?
I didn’t invent most of my tools, and I am not the first to practice them. They are not patented. Most of what I can share has been taught and practiced for a very long time. If you're self-motivated, the world is full of resources to help you on your journey.
I can only share what I have learned that has helped me on my path to being home and whole. And the truth is, coming home means accepting the full spectrum of pleasure and pain, love and grief, knowing that all of it is temporary and that feeling it is how we access our full potential.
If you have tried hard and still find yourself stuck, maybe it's time to get a different kind of support.
